My name is Georgia Musgrave, and I am privileged to serve as the City Owner of Beauty Boost Phoenix. With nearly 25 years of experience in both corporate and public sectors, I have decided to follow my passion for cultivating a community centered on empowerment, health, and beauty. I am excited to lead this incredible initiative and look forward to the engaging events we have planned for 2026!

I was born and raised in Lemmore, California, and I proudly identify as a Navy brat. Growing up in a vibrant family of seven—four wonderful sisters and three fantastic brothers—has significantly shaped my values and my commitment to community.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to teach abroad in Fukushima, Japan, and have held various leadership roles, including Assistant Dean of W. P. Carey’s School of Business and Vice President of Sales for an Executive Recruiting Company. As a proud mother of two remarkable children, Scott and Kim, and a devoted Doodle-Momma to my furry friend, Annie Musgrave, I cherish the joys of family life.

MY PASSIONS

I have a deep love for all things beach-related, enjoy savoring my morning coffee, and treasure heartfelt conversations with friends. I can never turn down a good glass of wine and a lively discussion! I eagerly anticipate Fall Football, especially watching my son, Scott, coach high school games. My daughter, Kim, is a talented salesperson and fashionista, excelling in her corporate career. I am incredibly grateful for their love and support.

WHY PHOENIX

Phoenix and its surrounding areas hold a special place in my heart, as I have lived here on and off for many years. The beautiful weather, year-round activities, and stunning landscapes create an ideal environment for growth and connection. Most importantly, it’s the amazing people who make this community truly exceptional, including the fact that I live just a few doors down from my wonderful sisters!
