I’m a dog mom of three who grew up in South Jersey, and moved to the city after stepping away from teaching. I believe deeply in community in showing up for each other, choosing ourselves, and creating spaces where women feel seen, healthy, and beautiful from the inside out!

PHILADELPHIA FAVORITES

My favorite part about Philly is that there is always something to do! I love trying new workout classes, new coffee shops, and accidentally finding local markets. My favorite time of year if the spring time, when the cherry blossoms start to bloom; it feels like the city is coming back to life! I try my best to try as many new restaurants as possible, but we all know we’re out numbered, let me know your favorite spot!

IDEAL SUNDAY

I like to wake up and cuddle with my dogs a little extra on a Sunday. Once up for the day, I’ll walk over to church and get it a nice workout afterwards. When it’s football season, you’ll find me cheering on the Eagles, my fantasy team, and hanging out with my friends! I like to end the day setting myself up for the following week and getting a good nights rest.
